Liam Quirk is the writer guy for The Story of Food. A communications strategist with a background in behavioral linguistics and storytelling (an actual degree in Creative Writing!), Liam looks for the right words like a chef seeks the perfect herbs and spices.

Mostly a behind-the-scenes operative, Liam always has something to say or write about almost anything you throw at him. In addition to being a songwriter and poet, Liam’s latest venture is a Substack called Messages From a Bottle, where he pens weekly takes on culture and environmental issues.
